2015 MBC Infinity Challenge Music Festival : GD x Taeyang Episode 7 (150822)

It’s D-day! The cast gathers for greetings before technical rehearsals and are all impressed with one another’s stages. Everyone has put in a lot of work and it shows – each stage has a unique twist and it looks like this may be one of their best festivals yet.

[IC Unbroadcasted Clip] Taeyang x Zion T x Im Jun He on “I Need A Girl”

Infinity Challenge has some extra goodies for us as we wait for the official concert broadcast on August 22 –  a short unbroadcasted clip of Taeyang, Zion T and Band Hyukoh’s Im Jun He jamming to a bit of TY’s “I Need A Girl.”

The teams play for stage effects and their performance spot in the festival sequence and Kwanghee and Taeyang are number 1 … meaning they only got one question right lol. (GD was busy filming an MV so it was left to them to rep HwangTaeJi.)

IC calls for an “Emergency Meeting” to work out issues between the different teams. Everyone pitches in with suggestions for each team and both GD and TY are called on to do some impromptu performances.

Kwanghee pokes a little fun at Taeyang’s expense but trust our boy not to take the teasing sitting down, haha.

2015 MBC Infinity Challenge Music Festival: GD X Taeyang Episode 3 (150718)

Our Team gets to know each other and it’s a little bit awkward at first but then they all decide to be friends. GD and Taeyang try to figure out how to approach the song using Kwanghee’s own style as inspiration and they end up at a noraebang to get a little sample of Kwanghee’s singing style. Kwanghee’s a big fan of Bigbang’s dance songs (leading to the inevitable Fantastic Baby segment) but it seems GD and TY have something else in mind…
