Taeyang at the 29th Golden Disc Awards in Beijing (150114)

The Music Industry Association of Korea held its 29th Golden Disc Awards in Beijing over two days on January 14-15.  Taeyang was a performer and won a Digital Bonsang and Digital Single of the Year on the first day.

Taeyang at the 2014 SBS Gayo Daejun (141221)

SBS held their annual year end blowout and Taeyang was a solo performer for the first time since 2009. As if to make up for years of absence, SBS had him in 3 separate performances: for “Eyes, Nose, Lips” and in collaboration with Jeff Bernat for Jeff’s popular “Call You Mine” and with GDragon for their ongoing promotion for “Good Boy.” They also gave him an award for Best Male Solo.

Taeyang at MAMA 2014

Mnet’s MAMA put on a good show this year (albeit running long as it usually does, the performances seemed better overall than in previous years.) It was also an extra special night for Taeyang and us fans as our boy went home with 3 awards: Best Male Vocal Performance, Best Male Artist and Song of the Year!

Taeyang wins at the Melon Music Awards (141113)

Congratulations to our ever humble superstar Taeyang for winning Song of the Year and being a Top 10 winner at the 2015 Melon Music Awards for “Eyes Nose Lips”!  (ENL was also nominated for Best R&B/Soul song; which was won by Fly to the Sky’s “You You You”.)

Taeyang gets “RICH” with Epik High

Taeyang features on two songs on Epik High’s new album “Shoebox” – “RICH” and an uncensored version of his popular “Eyes Nose Lips” redo with Tablo & Tukutz.
