Taeyang’s RISE Tour concerts in Tokyo and Seoul are going to be released as DVDs in various versions.  Details below:

Taeyang cuts from Bigbang’s (alpha)+ in Seoul Concert DVD

Bigbang’s a+ Concert in Seoul from last January is now available as a 3 disc DVD set at YesAsia, YG eShop and other online and offline stores.  Here’s a sample of what’s inside (thanks to YBMania for sharing!)

Taeyang Cuts from the 2012 Alive Tour in Seoul DVD

The DVD for the 2012 kickoff concert in Seoul for the Alive Tour is now available in both online and offline stores. (Check the Korea version (Region 1&3, with english subtitles) here on YesAsia, also available with poster.)  The package also includes a photobook and an extra DVD with a “making of” segment and special multi-angle takes of each of the members for the Bad Boy 2nd encore.

There is also a 3 Disc Japan version (Region 2, no subtitles) with more tracks and special features (not available on the Korea version) which will be released on February 6. It also has a 200 page photobook.

ATY’s 2011 Birthday Giveaway Update

For Taeyang’s 24th birthday we had announced a little giveaway project for the Solar Concert DVD (Korea version)and results are in!!!

We really want to thank everyone who participated and I enjoyed reading the quotes and watching all the videos on our boy (or should I be saying man now? lol). A few days ago we emailed the lucky winner and she’s responded and we’re in the process of mailing it to her.

The Korean version is coming out on Feb. 8th but the Japanese version is already out.  YB fans haven’t uploaded the concert videos as a show of respect but they have been nice enough to provide some teasers for the DVD and this is one of them.

YGE Shop has just posted an announcement to its site for the Solar Concert DVD saying that the release will be postponed to February 8 from its original date of January 26.

We have been asking, hoping and praying for a SOLAR concert DVD and until recently all we had was news of the Japanese version and nothing at all on a Korean version.

However, YG seems to have answered our prayers cause it’s here and it’s glorious. The Korean version with English subtitles. It contains 3  disks including a live album.
