Fans celebrated Taeyang’s birthday on May 18 by sending him their birthday greetings in various ways – through personal gifts and messages, fan projects, social media (twitter, instagram, facebook), and posting greetings in blogs, fansites and forums.  As expected , Taeyang responded to the outpouring of creative, humorous and sweetly sincere wishes with humble gratitude:

Taeyang excited for Cho Yong Pil’s “Bounce” (130416)

Taeyang commented on Cho Yong Pil’s new song on twitter: “Wow..Jo Yongpil sunbae..How is the preview audio so good.🎶My heart is bounce bounce beating~I’m scared of getting caught~🎶” (translation from @kristinekwak)

Taeyang has openly been a Cho Yong Pil fan for some time now so it’s no wonder he’s excited about the release of the legendary singer’s 19^th album after 10 years.  The full audio for the song “Bounce” was released today to give excited fans a taste of the new style of the upcoming album “Hello“.

If you’ve been following @Realtaeyang on twitter, you’ll know that Taeyang and some of his collaborators, mainly Tablo and Chon Seung Woo, have been tweeting on various occasions over the past few months about spending time in the studio. (And from all indications, Taeyang seems really happy with the new music.)

All that studio time seems to be bearing fruit as Taeyang is now also hinting at getting closer to his album release date as seen in his latest tweets:
